Terms & Conditions 

Welcome to Mobile Tee. By submitting an inquiry, booking an event, or providing a deposit, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Bookings & Inquiries

All bookings with Mobile Tee begin as inquiries. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. A booking is considered confirmed only once availability is approved and a deposit has been received.

Mobile Tee reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion

Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your event date and time.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and prevent other bookings.

  • Remaining balances (if applicable) must be paid according to the timeline provided at booking.

  • Failure to submit required payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Rescheduling may be permitted based on availability and must be requested with reasonable notice.

  • Mobile Tee is not obligated to reschedule events cancelled by the client.

In the event Mobile Tee must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, any payments made will be refunded.

Weather & Outdoor Events

Mobile Tee operates both indoors and outdoors. For outdoor events:

  • Clients are responsible for monitoring weather conditions.

  • Light wind or moderate weather does not automatically qualify for cancellation.

  • Unsafe conditions (severe weather, high winds, lightning, etc.) may result in delay, modification, or cancellation at Mobile Tee’s discretion.

Weather-related cancellations do not qualify for deposit refunds.

Event Space Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Adequate space for the simulator setup

  • Safe and level ground or flooring

  • Access to power (unless otherwise arranged)

  • Clear access for setup and breakdown

Failure to provide appropriate space or access may result in shortened service time or cancellation without refund.

Equipment Use & Responsibility

All equipment remains the property of Mobile Tee at all times.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring guests use equipment respectfully

  • Supervising minors at all times

  • Preventing misuse, negligence, or reckless behavior

Any damage caused by guests due to misuse or negligence may result in repair or replacement charges.

Safety & Liability

Participation in golf simulation activities involves inherent risks.

By booking Mobile Tee, clients and participants acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that:

  • Mobile Tee is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use or unsafe behavior

  • Guests participate at their own risk

  • Mobile Tee’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

Photography & Marketing

Mobile Tee may capture photos or videos during events for marketing and promotional purposes. By booking, you grant Mobile Tee permission to use event imagery unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to the event.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, images, and materials associated with Mobile Tee are the intellectual property of Mobile Tee and may not be used without written permission.

Changes to Terms

Mobile Tee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current terms.
